a beautiful Prayer...

..., i found a beautiful prayer in one of the websites devoted to Padre Pio .. one of my favorite of the Saints :)

Its true Lord that you are always thinking of us.

From the beginning of time even before we existed, even before the world existed .

You have been dreaming of me,  thinking of me,  LOVING me.

 
And it is true that Your love created me.

Its true Lord that You have conceived for my life a unique destiny. 
Its true that You have an eternal plan for me,  a wonderful plan that you have always cherished in your heart, as a father thinks over the smallest detail of the life of his little one, still unborn, Its true that , always bending over me,

You guide me to bring your plan about, light on my path  and strength for my soul….

I don’t ask you myself to bless what I myself have decided to do, but give me the grace to discover and to live what You have dreamed for me

ENDINGS ARE BEGGININGS...

i love books and watching action movies :D! and in any read  or movie i watch...i always like or expect happy endings. .when the endings are not as i expect or atleast close to what i expect..dissapointment sets in....and ive pretty much have an opinion of what should be according to my perception of what should be.

but after reflecting on it ... if things are always happy and ok... there would be no room for growth or the realities of life...  ..books, movies, relationships, friendships, all have wonderful beginings... and we seldom or never think nor entertain endings, moreso negative endings and yet in our broken world it is a fact of life ......

and yet in the perceived endings... we dwell on hurts, failures,  what should /might have beens ....closed doors ...

We find ourselves cocooned in isolation and despair and cannot find our way out of the darkness,

forgeting and failing to see lessons, new windows opened, we fail to see hope, new things, new beginings
we need to remember that this is similar to the dark place where Gods seeds come from and then  go to grow as big sturdy trees.


.............Lord that we may all see things new and hope in Your goodness and blessings.

RIGHT AND GOOD ..

We are erstwhile searchers for things that can make us happy  materially, spiritually, and in our relationships.
But not everything that makes us happy maybe right for us .... choosing whats right and good maybe difficult  or may not give us instant gratification specially in this world where we want things now, not tomorrow....... deciding for whats good and of God, may not always give us instant happiness,  nor give us immediate results, not be in the immediate present, nor not so distant future or maybe the future...yet we are promised that if we Seek first Gods kingdom then ... His loving promises are never far away...maybe not in the time we want nor the answer we want but as He thinks will be good for us ..
